These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TardyTrack ("Service"), operated by TardyTrack ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
TardyTrack is a school tardy and attendance management platform intended for use by schools, school districts, and their authorized staff. You agree to use the Service only for its intended educational administrative purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your school or district to create an account and enter student information into the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tardytrack.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each organization (school or campus) is treated as a separate account. Administrators are responsible for managing staff access within their organization.
TardyTrack offers the following plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
New accounts may receive a free trial period with access to paid features. At the end of the trial, the account will revert to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is started.
You retain ownership of all student data you enter into TardyTrack. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authorization from your school or district to enter student records into third-party software, and that doing so complies with FERPA and any applicable state laws.

We aim to keep TardyTrack available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@tardytrack.com. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TardyTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account administrators of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
